Yes. Inspections are free in the normal service area. If a property is outside that area, any fee is discussed before scheduling.

Same-day service may be available depending on the schedule. Any rush or emergency fee is quoted before work begins.

Removal alone usually is not enough. After the inspection we quote sealing and repairs for the openings that let rats or mice in.

Sanitation and biowaste removal is available when needed and starts at $200. The scope depends on how much contamination is there.
